The Nederlandse Kooikerhondje Club of Texoma is supported by a diverse group of people, united by their love for their Kooikers and sharing their life and activities with them. Club members are active in many events with their Nederlandse Kooikerhondjes whether it be scent work, obedience, conformation, agility, hiking, or just hanging out.

 

As an AKC club, the objects of the Club are to do all that is possible to preserve and perfect the natural qualities of the purebred Nederlandse Kooikerhondje, urge members and breeders to accept the standard of the breed as approved by the AKC and to protect and advance the interests of the breed by encouraging sportsmanlike conduct at dog events and to conduct sanctioned and licensed specialty shows, performance events, and educational events.
